Taylor Wessing has advised PKO Bank Polski on the financing of a warehouse project being developed in Pabianice by Panattoni. Wolf Theiss advised Panattoni.

The financing amounted to over EUR 48 million and PLN 40 million.

According to Taylor Wessing, PKO Bank Polski is the largest universal bank in Poland, listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange since 2004, while Panattoni is the largest developer of industrial real estate in Poland and Europe.

Taylor Wessing’s team included Partner Zbigniew Korba, Counsels Antoni Goraj and Jan Adamus, and Senior Associate Pawel Skura.

Wolf Theiss' team included Partner Przemek Kozdoj, Senior Associate Michal Kulig, and Associate Jan Gasiorowski.
