Former Eversheds Sutherland Partner and Head of Banking and Finance Michal Markowski has joined Osborne Clarke in Poland as a Partner and Head of Banking and Finance.
He is joined by a team of three: Senior Associate Karolina Turko, Associate Malgorzata Golebiowska, and Junior Associate Rafal Strzepek.
Markowski had been with Eversheds since 2016 when he joined as a Senior Associate. He was promoted to Counsel and Head of Banking and Finance in 2018 and made Partner in 2020. Prior to that, he was a Legal Counsel with PGE EJ 1 between 2015 and 2016. Earlier still, he was a Senior Associate with Bird & Bird between 2011 and 2015. His experience includes working as an Associate with K&L Gates, between 2010 and 2011, and with Hogan & Hartson, between 2007 and 2010.
