Balicki Czekanski Gryglewski Lewczuk has advised Bank Pekao on a PLN 60 million financing granted for the acquisition of Altus Palace Hotel in Warsaw.
According to BCGL, “in 2016, the building was acquired by Torus, a privately-owned property developer established in Gdansk, specializing mainly in office and hotel investments, who has restored and now sold it to an SPV affiliated with its owners. The hotel was officially opened to the public on August 1, 2022.”
BCGL’s team included Partner Maciej Czekanski and Counsel Robert Gorbaszewicz vel Gabrylewicz.
