Konieczny Wierzbicki i Partnerzy has advised Van der Vorm Vastgoed on its acquisition of 128 apartment units in Krakow from Quelle Loqum. Gorazda Swistun Watroba i Partnerzy reportedly advised the seller.
The acquired apartments are part of the Greendustry investment project and are intended to be used for long-term rental.
Van der Vorm Vastgoed is a private Dutch investment fund. It owns properties in the Netherlands, Belgium, France, the UK, and Poland.
Quelle Locum is a Krakow-based real estate developer.
