JDP Drapala & Partners, working with Orth Kluth, has advised BestSecret on the lease agreement for a new warehouse and office building to be delivered by Panattoni. Norton Rose Fulbright reportedly advised Panattoni.
According to JDP, the warehouse and office building covers "approximately 88,000 square meters and an extension option for around 42,000 square meters. With this project, BestSecret increases the size of its fulfillment center network to further support its dynamic business growth."
BestSecret is a European members-only online platform for off-price fashion.
Panattoni is an industrial space developer, with projects totaling in excess of 8.5 million square meters developed in Poland.
The JDP team was led by Counsel Michal Urbanski and included Partner Marcin Chomiuk, Senior Associate Barbara Kaczala, and Associate Dominik Grzegorzewski.
The BestSecret in-house team included Legal Counsel Katharina Krugers.
