Sobczynscy i Partnerzy has advised Pozdental on the sale of the enterprise to Tar Heel Capital's Dentity Group and on establishing corporate governance in Pozdental. Ostrowski i Wspolnicy advised the buyer.
According to Sobczynscy i Partnerzy, “the transaction is the eighth acquisition by the Dentity Group and the first in the Greater Poland voivodeship. The Denity Group currently has 55 dental offices in 13 locations. The THC Fund began consolidating the dental market in July 2020.”
The three-office Pozdental facility offers dental services in the field of implantology, prosthetics, dental surgery, endodontics, and cosmetic dentistry, the firm informed. It is managed by Marcin Janinski and Aleksandra Janinski and, “in the fourth quarter of this year, three more Pozdental dental offices are planned to be opened.”
The Sobczynscy i Partnerzy team was led by Managing Partner Michal Sobczynski.
The Ostrowski i Wspolnicy team was led by Advocate Agnieszka Mejer and included Partner Pawel Cioban.
