WKB Advises Schneider Electric on Disposal of Eurotherm Business Unit to Watlow

Wiercinski Kwiecinski Baehr, working with Slaughter and May, has advised Schneider Electric on the disposal of its Eurotherm business unit to the Watlow Electric Manufacturing Company. Reportedly, Sullivan & Cromwell advised Watlow.

According to WKB, the transaction is expected to close by the end of 2022.

Eurotherm is a provider of temperature, power, process control, measurement, and data management equipment, systems, software, and services for global industrial markets.

Watlow is an industrial technology and manufacturing company providing engineering expertise and thermal products and systems. The company employs more than 4,200 people across 13 manufacturing facilities.
