Norton Rose Fulbright has advised mBank on its financing for the construction of the 40-megawatt Pozarowo PV portfolio in Poland, sponsored by Afcon Renewable Energy. CMS advised Afcon.
According to Norton Rose, “the Pozarowo PV portfolio will be financed by mBank, which is one of the most active lenders in the Polish renewable energy market. Afcon Renewable Energy is a leading renewable energy developer with its headquarters in Israel.”
