Baker Tilly Legal Poland has advised the shareholders of Sempire on the sale of a 60% stake in the company to Shoper. SSW Pragmatic Solutions advised Shoper on the acquisition.
Sempire is an agency specializing in positioning online shops in search engines and implementing advertising campaigns for the e-commerce industry. Shoper is the publicly listed owner of a Polish e-commerce platform for running an online subscription model shop.
