Cytowski & Partners has advised founders of Swing Development on its sale to Hippo. Reportedly, Latham & Watkins and Wardynski & Partners advised Hippo on the deal.
The parties did not disclose the purchase price.
According to Cytowski & Partners, “Swing Development is a Warsaw-based software house with significant full-stack capabilities. Hippo is a fast-growing technology company based in San Francisco disrupting the insurance market in the US. Swing Development and Hippo have been working together for the last seven years.”
Cytowski & Partners were led by Partner Tytus Cytowski, Counsel Michal Fert, and Associates Tomiwa Ogundipe, Eresi Uche, and Kunal Kolhe.
