Greenberg Traurig has advised Partners Group on its acquisition of a logistics portfolio in Warsaw together with Peakside Capital Advisors from the Cromwell Property Group.
According to Greenberg Traurig, “the warehouse facilities in the portfolio are located in Warsaw, Piaseczno, and Raszyn and have a total area of almost 135 000 square meters."
Partners Group Holding is a Swiss-based global private equity firm with USD 127 billion in assets under management in private equity, private infrastructure, private real estate, and private debt.
Peakside Capital is an independent, owner-operated real estate investment manager and entrepreneur.
