Deloitte Legal has advised Panattoni and other sellers on their EUR 160 million sale of the Swiebodzin warehousing facility to an undisclosed Korean investor. Greenberg Traurig advised the buyer.
The built-to-suit warehouse facility is located in Western Poland and consists of a 4-story building with over 190,000 square meters of industrial space and 13,000 square meters of office and social space, developed by Panattoni. The center is leased by Amazon.
Founded in 2005, Panattoni Europe is a Warsaw-headquartered industrial real estate developer.
The Deloitte Legal team was led by Partner Dominika Sulak-Seyfried and included Senior Managing Associate Patrycja Czarnecka, Senior Associate Anna Jablonska, and Associate Enrika Gawlowska.
The Greenberg Traurig team was led by Local Partner Malgorzata Kercz and included Partner Agnieszka Stankiewicz, Senior Associates Magdalena Bachleda-Ksiedzularz and Tomasz Denko, and Associates Karolina Woronko-Kawa, Wiktor Waclawski, Maxymilian Rybczynski, Julia Osiecka, and Maciej Smaczynski.
The firms were unable to disclose further information on the deal.
