Taylor Wessing has advised BioMaxima on the transfer of the company's listing from NewConnect to the main trading floor of the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
BioMaxima is a Polish manufacturer of microbiological media, reagents, and equipment for in vitro diagnostics, including SARS-CoV-2 tests. Its customers include companies operating in the laboratory, veterinary and industrial medicine markets. It supplies products to over 2,000 laboratories in Poland and exports them to over 60 markets worldwide.
