Greenberg Traurig has advised global coordinator Dom Maklerski Banku Handlowego on the PLN 138 million sale of 6% of Ten Square Games' shares, through an accelerated book-building process.
According to the firm, the shares were sold by two of the company’s shareholders, Maciej Popowicz and Arkadiusz Pernal, and represent 6% of the share capital and total votes in the company.
Ten Square Games is a Polish developer and publisher of games available in the free-to-play model for mobile devices and browsers.
Greenberg Traurig’s team in Warsaw included Partner Pawel Piotrowski and Associate Jakub Tarlowski, with further help from a team in London.
Greenberg Traurig did not reply to our inquiry on the matter.
