Allen & Overy Advises Echo Investment on Sale of Three Office Buildings in Lodz to KGAL Group

Allen & Overy has advised Echo Investment on the EUR 56 million sale of three office buildings within its mixed-use Fuzja revitalization project in Lodz to German investment manager KGAL Group.

According to Allen & Overy, “the three buildings, which will contain 22,000 square meters of BREEAM-certified office space, are under construction and should be completed this year.”

Allen & Overy’s team included Partner Michal Matera, Associates Malgorzata Jastrzebska and Katarzyna Fus-Starzec, and Intern Julia Niedziela.
