Rymarz Zdort has advised HigoSense on its EUR 5 million Series A funding round led by Cogito Capital Partners with the participation of existing early-stage investors. Dubinski Jelenski Masiarz and Partners reportedly advised Cogito Capital Partners.

Established in 2017, HigoSense is a Warsaw-based digital healthcare provider. The company offers a mobile medical examination device that is supported by a mobile app and an online AI-powered health diagnostic platform.

Cogito Capital Partners is a Warsaw-headquartered late-stage venture capital fund investing in European technology companies. The company offers support in management, financing, and market expansion.

"We are excited to partner with Lukasz and Michal to support HigoSense’s product and market expansion plans as the industry matures and continues its rapid growth," Cogito General Partner Sylwester Janik added. "Telemedicine redefines the way health systems operate and how we all get health care and Higo delivers the missing part of the telehealth value chain."

The Rymarz Zdort team included Managing Partner Pawel Zdort, Partner Robert Krasnodebski, and Associate Monika Michalowska.
