B2RLaw has advised Keyloop on corporate and employment matters related to its entry into the Polish market and the lease of its first office in Warsaw.

The leased property includes 1,687 square meters of office space and is located at the intersection of the Marszalkowska and Swietokrzyska streets in Warsaw. The building is owned by Immobel Polska.

Keyloop is an international company specializing in providing software solutions for the automotive industry.

"Keyloop is an international open technology platform provider to the automotive retail industry," B2RLaw Partner Roman Iwanski commented. "Keyloop’s entry is further testament to Polish software developers being amongst the world’s best and most qualified."

The B2RLaw team was led by Iwanski and Counsel Agnieszka Wojciechowska and included Partners Marcin Huczkowski and Aleksandra Polak, Counsel Malwina Niczke-Chmura, Associates Krystyna Jakubowska and Radoslaw Kowalski, and Junior Associates Weronika Nowosielska and Marta Kadziolka.

B2RLaw did not respond to our inquiry on the matter.
