Baker McKenzie has advised PKN Orlen on a EUR 180 million long-term financing deal with the European Investment Bank. 

According to Baker McKenzie, “the funds may be used to partially finance the Orlen Group's investments that support its sustainable development (new activities in the field of bio-refinery and bio-chemical, including as part of the research and development center).”

Baker McKenzie previously advised PKN Orlen on a revolving credit facility, in August 2020 (as reported by CEE Legal Matters on August 5, 2020).
