Clifford Chance has advised Invest TDJ Estate sp. z o.o. on a PLN 115 million issue of bonds with a tenor of two and a half years.
The arranger was Santander Bank Polska.
According to Clifford Chance, “the proceeds will be used to implement investments in the residential real estate sector. They are the first notes issued by the company.”
Clifford Chance’s team included Partner Milosz Golab, Senior Assocaite Aleksandra Rudzinska, and Legal Intern Krzysztof Burda.
