Act BSWW has advised the Adventum Group on the acquisition of the Mercedes-Benz building in Warsaw from IFP Erste Immobilienfonds fur Polen as well as on its facility agreement with Bayerische Landesbank. Legalio advised the seller. Dentons reportedly advised the bank.
According to Act BSWW, the "Mercedes-Benz building is a modern office development which has served as the headquarters of companies from the Mercedes-Benz Group for many years."
Adventum Group is an investment fund manager focused on Central European real estate investments. The group has executed investments in the CEE region with a total value of over EUR 1.5 billion.
Act BSWW has previously advised Adventum on five real estate acquisitions in Poland – the Poznan Financial Centre (as reported by CEE Legal Matters on July 23, 2019), Renaissance Plaza (as reported on November 05, 2019), Katowice Business Point (as reported on February 19, 2020), Centrum Orlat (as reported on June 04, 2020), and Marynarska Point 1 (as reported on September 20, 2021) – as well as a recent refinancing deal (as reported by CEE Legal Matters on July 13, 2021).
