Act Legal Poland (BSWW legal & tax) has advised investment fund manager Adventum on its acquisition of Warsaw office building Marynarska Point 1 from Savills Investment Management. Dentons advised the seller on the transaction.
According to Dentons, “Marynarska Point 1 is a modern A-class office building located [in] . . . one of the largest business districts in the Polish capital. The property offers over 13,000 square meters of modern office space, some retail units located on the ground floor, and approximately 200 underground parking spaces.” Savills Investment Management is an international investment manager operating in the commercial real estate market.
According to Act Legal, the Adventum Group is a group of boutique investment fund management companies primarily focused on the Central European real estate market, with investments reaching EUR 1.5 billion to date.
Act Legal has previously advised Adventum on four real estate acquisitions in Poland – the Poznan Financial Centre (as reported by CEE Legal Matters on July 23, 2019), Renaissance Plaza (as reported on November 05, 2019), Katowice Business Point (as reported on February 19, 2020), and Centrum Orlat (as reported on June 04, 2020) – as well as a recent refinancing deal (as reported on July 13, 2021).
