Squire Patton Boggs has advised Mogotel on an agreement with FLE to operate the Sofitel Wroclaw Old Town. Allen & Overy advised FLE on the deal.

Vienna-based FLE is the investment vehicle through which French group LFPI owns the Wratislavia Center that Sofitel Wroclaw Old Town is a part of. FLE acts as LFPI's investment advisor for its portfolio in Germany, Austria, and the CEE region.

Sofitel Wroclaw Old Town, which was closed down permanently due to the ongoing pandemic, is set to reopen as a Wyndham Hotel. With this, Latvian company Mogotel makes its entry into the Polish market.

Squire Patton Boggs’s team included Counsel MIchal Smolny, Senior Associate Karolina Lasowska, Associate Patrycja Pacholczak, and Law Clerk Julia Szafkowska.

Allen & Overy’s team was led by Partner Michal Matera and included Counsel Piotr Przybylski.
