Gide’s Warsaw office Head of Capital Markets Robert Dulewicz has left the firm and the legal services sector, the law firm announced.
A statement from Gide said that the firm “would like to express our sincere gratitude to Robert for his hard work, involvement and his contribution to building the practice. We wish him all the best in his new endeavors.”
Counsel Michal Smiechowski will take over as Head of the Capital Markets Practice. Smiechowski, who’s been with the firm since 2019. He had previously spent a year with Clifford Chance, over five years with Dentons legacy firm Salans, a year with the European Investment Bank, and almost six years with Dentons.
