Kondracki Celej has advised SumUp on its sale of Shoplo sp. z o.o. to Shoper. MJH Moskwa, Jarmul, Haladyj i Partnerzy advised the buyer.

According to Kondracki Celej, “Shoper and Shoplo are the owners of Poland's e-commerce platforms for running online shops on a SaaS (Software as a Service) model.”

SumUp is a British fintech and payments company, operating across 32 markets on three continents.

Kondracki Celej's team consisted of Partner Rafal Celej and Senior Associate Karolina Piotrowska-Andryszczyk.

MJH Moskwa, Jarmul, Haladyj i Partnerzy's team included Partners Pawel Moskwa, Jan Jarmul, Lukasz Blazejczyk, and Tomasz Rutkowski.
