Rymarz Zdort has advised Pfleiderer Polska and its subsidiaries on a revolving credit facility of up to PLN 200 million under an agreement with a consortium of three banks.
According to Rymarz Zdort, the facility allowed the companies to "finance their liquidity and to use a number of banking products required in connection with their current operations."
Rymarz Zdort’s team included Partner Marcin Iwaniszyn and Associates Jakub Czerka and Krystian Kurgan.
Rymarz Zdort did not reply to our inquiry on the matter.
