Clifford Chance Warsaw has advised ING Bank Slaski on the amendment and restatement of the PLN 44.5 million financing agreement for the second phase of development of photovoltaic farms in the Sulechow municipality by Polenergia Farma Wiatrowa 17.

According to Clifford Chance, the Sulechow 2 project will consist of 12 photovoltaic farms, each with a capacity of up to one megawatt. The project is expected to reach a capacity of 11.7 megawatts upon completion.

Clifford Chance had previously advised ING Bank Slaski on the provision of financing for the construction of the first phase of the Sulechow PV farms project (as reported by CEE Legal Matters on October 28, 2019).

Polenergia Farma Wiatrowa 17 is a subsidiary of Polenergia, a Polish producer, trader, and distributor of electricity generated from conventional and renewable sources.
