Wardynski & Partners has provided Polish advice to AddLife AB on its EUR 165 million acquisition of an unspecified number of shares in the Vision Ophthalmology Group and its subsidiary Polymed Polska sp. z o.o from SSCP Vision Parent S.C.A.

According to Wardynski & Partners, as a part of the transaction, AddLife also indirectly acquired Vision Ophthalmology’s subsidiaries in Germany, Ireland, Sweden, Switzerland, and the UK. Sweden's Vinge law firm reportedly advised the seller.

Polymed Polska is a distributor of medical devices with applications in ophthalmology, laryngology, neurosurgery, plastic surgery, and dental surgery.

AddLife is a Swedish company offering diagnostic, medical technology, biomedical testing, and laboratory products and services.
