Wardynski & Partners, acting pro bono, has successfully represented former Polskie Radio Rzeszow Grazyna Bochenek in his claim that he was illegally terminated from his position following the broadcast of a negative comment by a listener concerning the President of Poland.
According to Wardynski & Partners, the Rzeszow Regional Court held that Polskie Radio Rzeszów had infringed Bochenek's right to equal treatment.
The firm represented Bochenek, pro bono, at the request of the Helsinki Foundation for Human Rights. The firm's team included Partner Agnieszka Lisiecka, Senior Associate Katarzyna Zukowska, Attorney-at-Law Marcin Wujczyk and Lawyer Aleksandra Wójcik.
