The Warsaw office of Dentons has advised South African owner and developer of logistics properties Fortress REIT on its acquisition of Waimea Logistic Park Bydgoszcz and Waimea Logistic Park Stargard from Griffin Property Finance. Allen & Overy advised the seller.
Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
According to Dentons, Waimea Logistic Park Bydgoszcz is a warehouse, logistics, and production center with a total planned leasable area of 90,000 square meters and six modern A-class halls. In addition, according to the firm, Waimea Logistic Park Stargard consists of an existing 11,500 square meters hall with a potential for further development to a target space of approximately 80,000 square meters.
