Rymarz Zdort has advised WhitePress founders Pawel Strykowski and Tomasz Kwasny and fellow shareholder Grupa Netsprint on the sale of 100% of WhitePress to RTB House. Clifford Chance advised the buyer.
Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
Founded in 2013 and headquartered in Bielsko-Biala, Poland, WhitePress is a content marketing platform that assists advertising agencies and corporate clients with the creation and publication of content across the web, as well as in tracking marketing campaign results.
Grupa Netsprint is a joint venture of Innova Capital, a Polish private equity investor in majority buyouts in mid-sized enterprises in CEE, and Dirlango, an investor in growth Internet and technology businesses globally.
RTB House is a provider of marketing technologies for the advertisement sector. The company was founded in 2012 and currently employs over 750 specialists in more than 30 locations around the world.
