Rymarz Zdort has advised Polish logistics platform European Logistics Investment on its acquisition of land and the construction of the Krakow V logistics center in the Polish community of Skawina.

According to Rymarz Zdort, the logistics center, which should be completed in the second quarter of 2021, will consist of 18,000 square meters and will be developed in cooperation with Panattoni. According to the firm, nearly 20% of the space has already been leased out to the RTV Euro AGD chain store.

European Logistics Investment’s portfolio includes 19 logistics parks with a total leasable area of more than 600,000 square meters in Warsaw, Lodz, Krakow, Wroclaw, and Upper Silesia.

Several months ago, Rymarz Zdort advised ELI on the acquisition of land and the construction of a warehouse in Radom, Poland (as reported by CEE Legal Matters on November 30, 2020).

Rymarz Zdort’s team in this most recent matter was headed by Partner Piotr Fedorowicz and included Associates Michal Kostewicz, Izabela Skrzypczak, and Tomasz Karkowski.

Rymarz Zdort did not provide any further information about the deal.
