SSW Pragmatic Solutions has advised the unidentified owners of PePe on the sale of 100% of the shares in the company to Brammer.
Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
PePe is a supplier of the stainless steel solutions and components used primarily in the food and processing industries
Brammer is a part of the Rubix Group, which is a supplier of industrial maintenance, repair, and overhaul products and services.
According to SSW, PePe will become part of Rubix Poland and continue to operate independently, while providing a strong platform for Rubix Group development in the CEE region.
SSW’s team included Partners Pawel Chyb and Tomasz Wickel, Senior Associates Agnieszka Telakowska-Harasiewicz and Adam Pawlisz, Associate Krzysztof Drzymala, and Corporate Finance Manager Michal Trzesimiech.
SSW did not reply to an inquiry about the deal.
