DWF has advised Corum XL investment fund on the acquisition of the Astris office building in Krakow from Astris sp. z o.o. sp.k., which was advised by Crido.
According to DWF, the Astris building, which was completed in 2017, is an A-class office building with an area of 13,500 square meters. According to the firm, it "is nearly 100% leased and its main tenants include the Agency for Restructuring and Modernization of Agriculture, the Zurich Insurance Group, and Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego.”
