DLA Piper has advised Polish bike site Dadelo on its initial public offering and December 29, 2020 admission to trading on the regulated market operated by the Warsaw Stock Exchange. The total value of the IPO exceeded PLN 82 million.

DLA Piper describes Dadelo as "one of the largest and most dynamically developing companies in the Polish e-commerce market, specializing in selling bikes, parts, cycling apparel, and accessories. The company runs the online bicycle stores dadelo.pl and centrumrowerowe.pl."

Dadelo became the sixth company to make its debut on the WSE in 2020. According to DLA Piper, "its IPO attracted very strong interest – the average subscription reduction rate for individual investors was over 91% and the issue price for both individual and institutional investors was set at the maximum price level."

DLA Piper's team  was led by Warsaw-based Corporate Partner Jakub Domalik-Plakwicz and Associate Karolina Stepaniuk, supported by Counsel Wojciech Kalinowski and Associates Adam Marszałek and Michal Kuratowski.
