Former Domanski Zakrzewski Palinka Senior Associate Jakub Kubalski has joined SSW Pragmatic Solutions as a partner in the firm's Intellectual Property practice.
According to SSW, Kubalski “has extensive experience in the field of intellectual property law and is an outstanding expert in the field of legal aspects of the digital world. During his work, he collaborated with the largest developers and publishers of computer games. He advised one of the largest publishers of MOBA games on the global market, including representing him before the Advertising Ethics Committee. He also has experience in financing from the GameINN program.”
Kubalski has a Master’s degree in Law from the University of Warsaw. He spent 12 years with Domanski Zakrzewski Palinka.
