SSW Pragmatic Solutions has advised Kom-Eko on its acquisition of 69.46% of shares in Lubelska Agencja Ochrony Srodowiska.

Kom-Eko, which is part of the Value4Capital group, was founded in 1994. It focuses on waste management and cleaning services, mainly in the Polish city of Lublin and other parts of the Lubelskie Voivodeship.

SSW's team was led by Partners Pawel Chyb and Tomasz Wickel and included Senior Associates Adam Pawlisz and Jakub Zietek and Junior Associate Marcin Gutkowski.
