Linklaters Advises Chariot Top Group on Sale of Investment Plot in Katowice

Linklaters has advised Chariot Top Group BV on the EUR 1 billion sale of a 1.8 hectare investment plot on Gornoslaska st. in Katowice, Poland, to unnamed buyers.

Chariot Top Group is managed by Griffin Real Estate. According to Linklaters, the investment plot was part of a portfolio of 28 real estate assets Chariot acquired in January of 2018. According to the firm, "currently, Chariot’s portfolio consists, among others, of the M1 Marki shopping center in Warsaw, four retail parks, and twelve hypermarkets (including Auchan and Bi1).”

Linklaters’ team included Partner Janusz Dzianachowski, Managing Associate Tomasz Trystula, and Associate Malgorzata Szafranska.
