Norton Rose Fulbright has advised Bank Polska Kasa Opieki S.A. on refinancing the debt of Polska Zegluga Morska Group companies in connection with the acquisition of five vessels. Rosicki, Grudzinski & Co. reportedly advised Polska Zegluga.

The transaction involved the drafting of a full security package for the financing, including, among other things, ship mortgages. 

Norton Rose Fulbright was assisted by Bahamian law firm Lennox Paton and Cypriot law firm Michael Kyprianou.

According to Norton Rose Fulbright, "with 62 vessels, Polsteam Group is the oldest ship operator in Poland, specializing in the marine transport of molten sulphur."

Norton Rose Fulbright’s Warsaw-based team was supervised by Partner Grzegorz Dyczkowski, led by Senior Associate Krzysztof Gorzelak, and included Associates Aleksander Haleniuk and Oskar Sula, and Paralegal Karolina Lepakiewicz.
