SSW Pragmatic Solutions has advised Fitch Ratings, a big-three rating company, on a multi-stage restructuring of the Fitch Group in Europe.
According to SSW Pragmatic Solutons, the restructuring included “the first-ever cross-border merger of companies with the status of rating agencies, supervised directly from the European Securities and Markets Authority."
SSW Pragmatic Solutions’ team included Partner Katarzyna Solarz, Associate Maciej Rutecki, and Junior Associate Jedrzej Besztak.
