Oppenheim and Gardos, Mosonyi, Tomori Advise on MagNet Bank's Acquisition of Polgari Bank

Oppenheim has advised MagNet Bank on the acquisition of a controlling participation in Polgari Bank. Gardos, Mosonyi, Tomori advised the sellers.

Polgari Bank was established in 1992 as Polgari Takarekszovetkezet, and has been operating as Polgári Bank since 2013.

The Oppenheim team included Partner Jozsef Bulcsu Fenyvesi, Senior Counsel Agnes Szaz, Counsel Barna Fazekas, Associate Helga Lieszkovszky, and Junior Associate Lilla Julia Toth.
