Former Bondoc si Asociatii Managing Counsel Daniela Gladunea has been appointed to a Partner position with the Bucharest firm in a recent promotion round.
A labor, corporate/M&A, and disputes specialist, Gladunea first joined her current team back in 2016, as a Managing Counsel. Before that, she spent over six years with KPMG in Romania, as a Managing Associate between 2014 and 2016, and as a Legal Consultant between 2004 and 2008.
Razvan Agarici, Oana Danila, and Mihai Vlasceanu were promoted to Managing Associates and Matei Vilcov was promoted to Senior Associate in the same promotion round.
"The new partner position reflects the significant contribution brought by Daniela to the development and management of our Employment department," Managing Partner Lucian Bondoc commented. "In the forthcoming years, our firm will continue to apply the same approach, where meritocratic and equitable recognition of expertise and the special contribution to our common success goals plays a major role."
