Tomas Skoumal has been elected as the new Managing Partner of Baker McKenzie’s Prague office, taking over from Martin Hrodek.
Skoumal joined Baker McKenzie’s Prague office in 1997 as a Junior Associate and was appointed a Partner in 2006. According to the firm, he “primarily focuses on M&A, private equity, and corporate restructurings, and heads the Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity practice groups, as well as the Energy, Mining & Infrastructure industry group of the Prague office.”
"Tomas’ election coincides with an important milestone of the Prague office itself, marking its 30th year of legal excellence on the Czech market," Baker McKenzie announced.
