Ellex has advised agricultural services cooperative society Latraps on an agreement with Pfeifer & Langen International to develop an ASNS ingredient pea protein isolate plant in Jelgava.
Latraps specializes in the sales and production of grains and rapeseed.
Pfeifer & Langen produces and distributes sugar.
The Ellex team included Latvia Managing Partner Liga Merwin and Partner Ivars Pommers.
