Act Legal Romania and Kinstellar Advise on Groupe Genoyer's Sale of Vilmar to Special Flanges

Act Legal Romania, working with Lexelians Avocats, has advised Groupe Genoyer on the sale of its Romanian subsidiary Vilmar to Special Flanges. Kinstellar, working with Skadden, advised Special Flanges.

Groupe Genoyer is a French-headquartered global supplier of piping components and engineered equipment.

Special Flanges is a Wise Equity SGR portfolio company.

According to Act Legal Romania, Vilmar was founded in 1971 in Ramnicu Valcea. It is a manufacturer of mission-critical engineered systems for high-spec industries including nuclear, subsea, renewables, and power generation. Its 2024 turnover was approximately EUR 37 million.
