Leadell Pilv has advised the Tartu Ulikooli Kliinikum foundation and Valga Haigla AS hospital on the former's acquisition of 51% of the shares of the latter from the Estonian Town of Valga.
The Leadell Pilv team was led by Partner Urmas Korgesaar, supported by Attorney Karin Ploom.
The Town of Valga was supported by its in-house legal staff.
