Cobalt has successfully represented jewelry artist Keiu Kulles in a copyright infringement dispute with AS Saaremaa Piimatoostus and advertising agency La Ecwador.
According to Cobalt, the action "was for termination of the copyright infringement, for avoiding the infringement, and for compensation for damages." According to the firm, “the Harju County Court satisfied our client’s action, the Tallinn Circuit Court dismissed the defendants’ appeal, and the Supreme Court of Estonia did not accept the defendants’ cassation.”
