Egorov Puginsky Afanasiev & Partners, reportedly working alongside Clifford Chance, has advised Citigroup Global Markets Limited and Raiffeisen Bank International AG as joint lead managers on the issuance and placement of Belarus's JSC Development Bank's corporate Eurobonds totaling USD 500 million. Vlasova Mikhel & Partners advised JSC Development Bank on matters of Belarusian law and Baker McKenzie advised the bank on U.S. and English law.

The 144A/Reg S Eurobonds, which are governed by English law are listed on the Global Exchange Market at the Irish Stock Exchange - Euronext Dublin.

Egorov Puginsky Afanasiev & Partners' Minsk-based team was led by Partner Dennis Turovets and included Senior Associate Alexander Buzo and Associates Anastasia Yarokhovich and Yana Leshchenko.

The Vlasova Mikhel & Partners team included Partner Tatiana Emelianova and Associate Marina Khomich. 

Baker McKenzie's London team consisted of Partners Roy Pearce and Megan Schellinger, and Associate Maxim Kharpov, and its Moscow team included Partner Dmitry Dembich and Associate Adil Guseynov.
