Dentons and Leroy si Asociatii Advise on Sousol Holdings' Sale of Wind Project to Engie Romania

Dentons has advised Sousol Holdings on the sale of its 54-megawatt ready-to-build wind project in Constanta County, Romania, to Engie Romania. Leroy si Asociatii advised Engie Romania.

According to Dentons, the project, sold at a ready-to-build stage with all necessary building permits in place, marks a significant expansion of Engie Romania’s renewables portfolio and highlights sustained investor confidence in Romania’s onshore wind sector.
