Wolf Theiss has advised Metso on its acquisition of a production facility in Oradea, Romania, from EMSIL Techtrans. Maxim Associates advised the sellers.
Metso is a Finnish publicly listed provider of sustainable technologies and solutions for the aggregates, minerals processing, and metals refining industries.
According to Wolf Theiss, the deal marks a key step in Metso’s regional expansion strategy aimed at strengthening its stationary screen production capacity and enhancing customer service capabilities across Europe, Central East Asia, and the Middle East.
