Paksoy Advises CEVA Logistics on USD 440 Million Acquisition of Borusan Tedarik

Paksoy, working with Willkie Farr & Gallagher, has advised CEVA Logistics on its USD 440 million acquisition of Borusan Tedarik.

The transaction remains contingent on regulatory approval.

CEVA Logistics is a subsidiary of CMA CGM Group.

Borusan Tedarik Zinciri Cozumleri ve Teknoloji is the logistics arm of Borusan Holding. It offers vehicle logistics, ground transport, and air and ocean freight services across Turkiye as well as via its subsidiaries in Germany, Bulgaria, Hong Kong, and China.

The Paksoy team included Partners Elvan Aziz and Sansal Erbacioglu, Counsel Zekican Samli, Senior Associate Mete Siber, and Associates Beritan Arik, Lale Ayrancioglu, Sibel Postacioglu, and Ata Deniz.
